With New Years parties approaching, Abilene police plan to do what it takes to bust drunk drivers.
Not only will more officers be out on the streets News Years Eve, but they'll also conduct a "no refusal" program.
That means if someone won't give them a breath sample, they'll get a search warrant to draw blood.
APD traditionally puts its No Refusal program in effect during Holiday periods when more people are out drinking and driving.
