Losing weight is often on our minds but many people find it difficult to find the motivation to actually start shedding those pounds.

Gold's Gym is offering $1,000 to the person that has the most significant body transformation after a 12 week period. Participants of this Biggest Loser competition have six weeks before they'll have to be re- measured and they'll have to step on that scale again.

The winner of the competition is not necessarily the person that loses the most weight, but instead the person who has the most significant body transformation after 12 weeks.

The judges will have pictures, weight, and even personal essays from the participants to judge who Gold's Gym's Biggest Loser is. Several of the gym's personal trainers will be judging the competition.

It's not too late to participate in the competition. You have until January 29th to sign up. Gold's Gym will be holding seminars every Saturday until the 29th, informing people on the ways to achieve their personal health goals.

Gold's is even offering temporary gym memberships to members of the community that want to be part of the competition.
