Obama's Attempt to Persuade Congress to Bail Out America

 Today we find out if President-Elect Obama's powers of persuasion passed the test. The senate is set to vote on Mr. Obama's request to spend the second half of the 700 billion dollar bailout fund, but a republican motion to bar use of the funds make way for a showdown.
