911 Operator:
"Okay are you directly involved in the crash?"
Caller:
"I am standing right here by the crash. We have people that are trying to assist the individuals that are trapped inside the helicopter as we speak."
911 Operator:
"We've got them on the way we've had them on the way for a little bit here. Let me stay on the line with you here and see what we can do to help while you are there. Are you um... Is there any sort of fire or anything else?"
911 Operator:
"There's no fire or anything else but we have a couple of very significant casualties."
Caller:
"We have a helicopter crash; we have injures at Duncan Field at Texas A&M University and we need ambulances over here as soon as possible."
911 Operator:
"Are you there with them can you tell who's injured or how many are injured?"
Caller:
"I have one guy I can see who's not moving at the current time. We don't know, we're checking on people at the current time."
