MLK Canned Food Drive

They may have had the day off from school, but some students at Abilene Christian University were still hard at work.

A group called SALT, that's Service Action Leadership Team, comes together every Martin Luther King Day to make sure that some type of community service is done. On Monday they collected canned goods to donate to the food bank.

Around 35 students helped collect the canned goods for the food drive. After they collected cans, the students were treated to a pizza party.
