APD Crime Report

On Wednesday, at about 11:58 P.M., Officer Guitar contacted a 22 year old hispanic male in the 800 block of Barrow. Residents had called in on this subject stating he was running in front of cars and walking in the middle of the street. The subject was extremely intoxicated and was arrested for Public Intoxication.

This morning, at about 12:20 A.M., Officer Hutchinson stopped a vehicle in the 4200 block of Winters Freeway for speeding and reckless driving. The driver, a 22 year old white male, was intoxicated and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. He provided a breath sample that was nearly twice the legal limit.

Finally, at about 1:55 A.M., Officer Collins stopped a vehicle in the 400 block of East Highway 80 for failure to signal. During the investigation, a police K-9 alerted on the vehicle. The driver, a 17 year old white female, was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana and was arrested.
