Fire Destruction From Above

From the ground, we watched flames rip through the land, today we view the burnt remains from two thousand feet above the ground. Special thanks to Dan Kenley, from Texas State Technical College for taking KRBC in a plane to have an aerial view of the site.
While six homes were destroyed in the blaze, there were several homes that looked like they would've been right in the fire's path and instead managed to escape any real damage.
A day later and even from high above, you could still smell the smoke that filled the Big Country's sky.
