Today the road conditions took a toll on many; especially travelers.

As we all know when we are traveling, one of the most frustrating things is when we are told our trip is canceled or delayed, and some passengers you are about to meet felt exactly that.

The slogan says, "The new Greyhound: we're on our way," but these passengers weren't going anywhere!!

The winter weather caused many travelers to be stranded across the nation, but here in Abilene one group of Grey Hound bus travelers were stuck for a night.

Now a few of the travelers said they understood the weather conditions and would rather be safe than sorry.

They weren't getting updates or answers from management and felt upset, but some were upset and not just over the delay.

While they slept on the floor of the terminal, many questioned where the bus drivers stayed and we got the answers.

The bus driver we caught up with said he slept in the company hotel.

Although some had the luxury to stay at salvation army with beds, others were stuck at the bus terminal with, according to them, no heat and no blankets and on the floor.

They wanted answers and they weren't getting them from anyone.

The manager at the Greyhound in Abilene would not comment on camera, but corporate stated Greyhound did the best they could with the circumstances.

While many passengers claim there wasn't heat in the terminal, corporate says there was, but good news, both buses headed east and west were able to depart a little after 1pm after the roads cleared up.
