KERA To Remain PBS On Suddenlink Cable

 Good news for fans of the British Comedies or locally produced Texas programs on public television via Suddenlink cable in Abilene  Suddenlink announced late last week that KERA-TV from  Dallas will remain on the Abilene cable line-up as the PBS network affiliate station. The company had planned to replace the Dallas station with a Lubbock based PBS station in order to provide high definition programming.

The company says it received numerous responses from cable customers asking to keep the Dallas station on the line-up. The changeover was to take effective on Thursday, February 12th.
