Minor Plea

The second woman involved in an invoice scam that stole nearly $1 million from Hendrick over a five year period, will now face prison time. Laura minor plead guilty to theft-embezzlement in connection with Health Care Today in the Lubbock federal court. With this guilty plea, Minor will now be looking at a maximum of five years and a $250,000 fine. Sentencing will happen in the coming months.
