Circuit City Not Providing For One Unhappy Customer

Tina Ross bought an extended warranty for her computer, and it has been a headache ever since. She cant get her computer fixed, and she said Circuit City will not answer their phones.
"When I went to Circuit City, and asked them why they are not answering their phones," Ross said, "they said they got tired of phone calls and tired of all the headaches so the manager disconnected the phones."
The only way to contract anyone, she said, is to go to the store itself.
KRBC Reporter Tyler Edwards went to Circuit City in hopes of providing answers for Tina, but they said they are no longer allowed to talk with the media.
Edwards also called two separate numbers Circuit City provided on their website, and both of them directed each other to the other one.
Tina wanted everyone to know just because you may have found a great deal, it might not be as great as you think
