The KTAB TV “You Choose the Game” Promotion is an interactive, internet-based promotion utilized by KTAB TV.  The promotion is located on the www.bigcountryhomepage.com website KTAB TV sports page and is accessible to any internet user whether inside or outside the Sweetwater-Abilene Nielsen DMA (Designated Market Area) during the NFL regular football season. 

CBS Network NFL allocations will be listed on the “You Choose the Game” web page by week and by time of air.  Votes will be tallied each week and the match-up that gains the most votes will be considered as the KTAB Game of the Week to air on KTAB TV.  All team match-ups, dates and times are subject to change by CBS network and by the National Football League.  KTAB TV, Nexstar Broadcasting and CBS Network will make the final determination each week as to what NFL game will air.  Promotion participants will hold harmless KTAB TV, Nexstar Broadcasting, CBS Network and all website promotion sponsors and their assigns should the game of the week be a game other than the one indicated that week by website voting.

KTAB TV shall have the exclusive right to pick each NFL match up which will air on that station.The final decision will rest with the KTAB TV General Manager each week.  KTAB TV reserves the right to cease using the website to make each week’s programming decision at any time and shall have no further obligation with regard to viewer’s choice of NFL match up.

Promotion participants also acknowledge that voting for possible NFL team match ups each week is for entertainment purposes only and that no prizes or consideration will be awarded to any participant should their votes result in a game being chosen as the game of the week.
