Britney Spears was the radiant ringleader of her birthday Circus, and it was only fitting that the pop-princess had a stunning cake to celebrate the festivities.

The edible masterpiece fit perfectly with the party’s circus theme, and the sweet treat made the night complete for the beautiful birthday girl.

Mark Ruffalo's Brother Shot

ET breaks the news that actor Mark Ruffalo’s brother Scott is clinging to life following a shooting in Beverly Hills earlier this week.

Sources tell ET that Scott, who is a hairstylist, was found after having been shot in the head. ET can also report that there is an investigation being conducted into the shooting. Sources say that the Ruffalo family is being very supportive of each other during this family tragedy.

Mark Ruffalo broke onto the scene in 2000's 'You Can Count on Me,' and has also starred in such films as 'Zodiac,' '13 Going on 30,' and 'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.'

Prosecutors: Suspect in Hudson Case was Angry Estranged Wife was Dating

Prosecutors in the murder case related to Jennifer Hudson's late family members reveal their theory as to why William Balfour allegedly killed three members of the Oscar-winning singer's family.  

A Cook County prosecutor told a Chicago court hearing today that Balfour came to the family's home the morning of the Oct. 24 killings and confronted Julia Hudson -- his estranged wife and Jennifer's older sister, the Associated Press reports. The prosecutor said Balfour was angry that Julia was dating another man.

The prosecutor said that Balfour and Julia left together but Balfour returned to the home and the bodies of Hudson's mother and brother were found there later that day, according to the AP. The body of Julia Hudson's 7-year-old son was also found in an SUV three days later.

'Dancing with the Stars' Returns to TV!

"Dancing with the Stars" has announced its return to TV -- and they're also taking this show on the road!

The dance competition that brought record ratings will now be returning Mar. 9 of next year for its eighth season.

Two-time "DWTS" champion dancer Cheryl Burke is clearing her schedule to dance again with partner Maurice Greene on 38-city winter tour beginning in San Diego, CA on Dec. 17 and ending in Philadelphia, PA on Feb. 8.

Leonardo DiCaprio & Kate Winslet's 'Revolutionary Road' Reunion

Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet reunite onscreen for the first time since 1997's 'Titanic' for the emotional '50s drama 'Revolutionary Road,' in theaters December 26, and between their love scenes and fight scenes, serious sparks fly! And with Kate's husband, Sam Mendes ('American Beauty'), directing the movie, did some of those intimate scenes get a little awkward?

"Not a problem in this department," Leo tells our own Kevin Frazier. "It was right for the characters. …You might want to ask [Kate about it]."

"You know what? Yes, it was," says a candid Kate. "I did feel weird about it -- [but] you get over that quickly. You really have to." She adds that her husband "really treated me like the actress playing [the character of] April Wheeler," and that during one of their more heated scenes, "Sam would sort of yell from the other room, 'No, Leo really grab her thigh! Really grab her thigh!' I thought, 'This is really strange, but I'm gonna go with it.'"
